HOBOKEN
Welcome to Hoboken, a historic city on the Gold Coast of New Jersey, directly across the Hudson River from New York City. Nicknamed "The Mile Square City", Hoboken is rich with brownstones, luxury high-rise buildings, tree-lined streets, shops, restaurants, culture, and diversity. In Hoboken, you are never far away from where you want to go, be it the Path train to the city, the beautiful waterfront walkway, parks, or restaurants. Hoboken is essentially broken up into 4 smaller neighborhoods: downtown east and west, and uptown east and west. The dividing point between uptown and downtown is 7th Street, while east and west are divided by Willow Ave. Many come to Hoboken thinking they will be spending a lot of time in New York City and find they stay in Hoboken because it has everything they are looking for right here.

DOWNTOWN EAST
Downtown East is the happening section of Hoboken loaded with dining and night life options. The path station is located on Hudson place at the southern tip just 2 blocks from the beautiful Pier A Park. Closer to the water there are many contemporary condo buildings with stunning views of New York City, while heading west leads to more of a mix of historic and contemporary townhomes. Washington Street is jam packed with restaurants and shops, and many more are sprinkled around the neighborhood. This section is very walkable and is the epitome of convenience. Pictured to the right, the Lackawanna Railroad Station is a staple of the neighborhood that has stood the test of time.
